Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items marked as final sale
How to Start a Return Email us at support@flextrend.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
